Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on jita7 and take part in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. Opening an account on behalf of, or with the assistance of, a minor is strictly prohibited.

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. Opening more than one account using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and funds held may be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All details provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — must be accurate and up to date. jita7 reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time. jita7 may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time.

1.4 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jita7 immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following deposit methods are currently available on jita7:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.

2.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods are available for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

2.3 Identity Verification

jita7 may request documents for identity verification before processing a withdrawal. jita7 reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold until verification is complete. A user may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own name.

2.4 Restrictions on Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals via cryptocurrency or any method not listed above are not supported. In cases of suspicious transactions, jita7 reserves the right to lock the account until an investigation is complete and to notify the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on jita7 receive a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 (twenty) times before it can be withdrawn.

3.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account; they cannot be transferred or sold.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined on the same deposit unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are not cash — they are credits usable for wagering.
• Each promotion has a set expiry date; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once the period ends.
• jita7's decision on whether bonus and wagering conditions have been met is final.

3.3 VIP Cashback

The jita7 VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Cashback funds are withdrawable, but jita7 completes a verification check before releasing them.

Prohibited Activities

4.1 Fraudulent Behaviour

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita7 platform. If detected, the account will be closed and funds held may be forfeited:

• Placing bets or playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Operating multiple accounts solely to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

4.2 Account Closure Process

If prohibited activity is detected, jita7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account. No account will be closed without reasonable cause; however, an account may remain locked while an investigation is ongoing.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully registered in the system and was placed before the result of the relevant event or game was determined. A bet that was not registered in the system due to an internet disconnection or device issue is not accepted.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds will not be changed after a bet has been accepted. However, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a data error, jita7 reserves the right to cancel the affected bet and return the stake.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely before its scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to users' accounts. Different rules may apply for partially completed events.

5.4 Live Casino and Slots

Results in live casino games and slots are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be voided and the stake returned.

jita7 cannot be held responsible for a bet or transaction that fails to complete due to a platform technical error, internet disconnection, or a problem with the user's device. While the platform makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, temporary disruptions may occur during maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

jita7's liability for issues caused by third-party game providers or payment service providers is limited. In such cases, jita7 will work with the relevant party to find a resolution.

Changes to Terms and Their Effect

jita7 may change, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or via a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full force. These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive and binding version.
